Gift Certificate Policy

1. Gift Certificates are not redeemable at any retail store.
2. Gift Certificates may be redeemed at, http://www.BernardoFootwear.com or by calling Bernardo Customer Service at 800-867-5054.
3. Gift Certificates and unused portions of Gift Certificates will not expire.
4. Gift Certificates are not transferable.
5. Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash, and cannot be redeemed for a cash refund.
6. Bernardo Footwear L.L.C. is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Certificates.
7. Gift Certificates cannot be replaced or reissued.
8. Gift Certificate cash value is 1/10 of one cent.
9. Gift Certificates may not be used to purchase other Gift Certificates.
10. No sales tax will be charged when purchasing a Gift Certificate however, purchases paid for with a Gift Certificate will be charged applicable sales tax.
11. Gift Certificates may only be purchased with a credit card.
12. The purchase of a Gift Certificate constitutes the purchaser's acceptance of these rules and regulations.
13. Bernardo Footwear L.L.C. reserves the right to change, and or revise these rules and regulations at any time.
