How to Redeem a Gift Certificate:
- Either call Bernardo Customer Service at 800-867-5054, or visit
http://www.BernardoFootwear.com and select
the item(s) you would like to purchase, then click on the Add to Cart
button.
- After clicking on the Add to Cart button please review your order.
When you are ready to continue processing your order, under "Payment
Options" please make sure to choose the "Pay by Telephone (Printable Order
Form)" as your payment option.
- Click the "GO TO CHECKOUT" button and complete the Billing and Shipping
Information, along with the Gift Certificate ID#.
- Select the "CONTINUE" button to complete your order.
- If necessary a Bernardo Customer Service Representative will contact
you to complete, and or verify your order information.
- Bernardo Customer Service can be reached at 800-867-5054. Customer
service hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm central time,
excluding holidays.
