• Gift Certificates are not redeemable at any retail stores.
• Gift Certificates may be redeemed at, http://www.BernardoFootwear.com or by calling Bernardo Customer Service at 800-867-5054.
• Gift Certificates and unused portions of Gift Certificates will not expire.
• Gift Certificates are not transferable.
• Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash, and cannot be redeemed for a cash refund.
• Bernardo Footwear L.L.C. is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Certificates.
• Gift Certificates cannot be replaced or reissued.
• Gift Certificate cash value is 1/10 of one cent.
• Gift Certificates may not be used to purchase other Gift Certificates.
• No sales tax will be charged when purchasing a Gift Certificate however, purchases paid for with a Gift Certificate will be charged applicable sales tax.
• Gift Certificates may only be purchased with a credit card.
• The purchase of a Gift Certificate constitutes the purchaser's acceptance of these rules and regulations.
• Bernardo Footwear L.L.C. reserves the right to change, and or revise these rules and regulations at any time.
