Dear Bernardo Enthusiasts,

Do you have a classic pair of Bernardos from the 40's, 50's, or 60's?  If so, we would like to buy them from you.  In May of '05 a classic pair of Bernardo sandals dating back to the 60's sold on E-Bay for $380.00.  Recently, a different style sold for $280.00. 

Unfortunately, we missed out in the final minutes of bidding for both of these styles.  However, just like a number of others, we are trying to collect as many of these classic Bernardo styles as possible. We are even collecting footwear from the iconic Golo and Herbert Levine brands.

Believe it or not we do not have a very large archive. However, we hope to collect enough of these styles so that we can eventually post these on our web site in a "collectors gallery".

Perhaps you are a collector yourself.  If this is the case, you might not dream of selling your collection; nor would not want you to part with your beloved Bernardos.  But, perhaps you will consider allowing us to photograph them, or send us a picture.

We would truly appreciate any help you might be able to give us.
