It is our desire that you not only enjoy wearing our product, but that you also received excellent customer service.  If there is a way in which you feel we can improve our product or service, please contact us either by phone or e-mail.

If you would like to exchange or refund your purchase, please following these steps.

 

  1. We suggest that you first try on and test your new footwear on a carpeted floor before street wearing the product; we are unable to exchange or refund items that have been worn.

 

  1. If you would like to exchange or refund an item, we ask that this transaction be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.  This date will appear on your receipt.

 

  1. To exchange or refund an item simply mail or ship the item to the address listed below, and please make sure that you clearly label the package “Attn:  Consumer Returns”. If your package is not clearly marked, delivery of your package may not be accepted.

 

  1. Please enclose your full contact information, along with instructions as to the exchange or refund of your purchase.  Please include your phone number, as well as the first 4 and last 4 digits of the credit card number so that we may process your refund in a timely manner.  Please allow up to 2 weeks for us to process your credit card refund.
